Speakers For This Year

Roger Carswell
Roger is a travelling evangelist and author. He leads evangelistic church and university missions as well as speaking at Christian conferences. He has written many books including “And some evangelists” and “Where is God in a messed up world?”, and publishes numerous gospel tracts and booklets. He is married to Dot, has four grown up children and lives in North Yorkshire.
Robert Murdock
Robert was born in Edinburgh and was converted as a teenager when his family moved to Co Cavan. Robert trained at FMBC and after further studies, pastored churches in N Ireland and Canada. He is now Principal of FMBC, Edinburgh. His desire is to teach the Bible in a dynamic and relevant way, believing it is a dynamic and relevant book. Robert is married to Elaine and they have five children in their teens and twenties.
John Shearer
John trained in the Faith Mission in the mid 1960’s and worked as an Evangelist for a number of years in the Midlands of England. He has been a Baptist Pastor on both sides of the Irish Sea and is now retired after twenty years as Senior Pastor of Musselburgh Baptist Church. He is married to Jan. They have two children and eight grandchildren.
